I found Shannon very easy to communicate with. Since I keep a hectic schedule, I found it very helpful to have her cell phone number. I was able to text back and forth with her. She always responded in a quick and efficient manner. She kept me informed throughout the process. She was knowledgeable in the probate process. She promised to close in 30 days and she did it! I would highly recommend Shannon and her company.
